Move the message from the spam folder to a non
spam folder such as the Inbox. Spamatak will update
its statistical filter to reduce the chance of
this happening again.
My
spam folder is getting too large. How do I reduce
its size?
During training Spamatak can delete attachments
from Spam emails. This is any easy way to save
space and removes potentially malicious attachments.
You can also delete some of the spam emails but
try and keep 500 or so spam emails for future
training sessions.
The odd spam email still gets
into my Inbox. How do I prevent this from happening?
You can increase the threshold but don’t
set it too high or you some new non-spam emails
may end up in the spam folder.
